Jeonju Bunsik is a patjuk restaurant in the first alley of Buan Permanent Market in Buan. The kitchen grinds and strains red beans before boiling them, and kneads saealsim rice balls to order for its ongsimi patjuk, pat kalguksu and bajirak kalguksu. The patjuk holds nearly as many saealsim as red beans, and the broth is thick. The portions are large enough that two people can eat and still leave some behind.
