Subo Boracay is a Filipino traditional restaurant on Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan. It serves sisig, pork skin, spicy squid ink palabok, and seafood fried rice, with traditional dance performances during the meal. The fried rice and rice dishes are large enough for two to three people to share. Bamboo and candle dances are performed while guests eat.
