Yamachan Fukuoka Tenjin is an izakaya in Tenjin, Fukuoka that serves tonkotsu ramen, skewers, and oden. The main item is ramen, and the gyojadeng comes with samgyeopsal (pork belly) and cartilage skewers plus dumplings. It stays open until 3 a.m., and customers write their name and party size on a paper at the door to join the waiting list. Smoking indoors is allowed, so some customers smoke at the tables.
