Sapporo Noggakko JR Sapporo Station is a shop selling Hokkaido sweets and soft serve, located inside the Hokkaido Shiki Marche on the first floor of Stellar Place at JR Sapporo Station. It sells milk cookies and anbutter cookies, and on request makes a freshly baked anbutter cookie sandwich. On a weekday at 1 p.m. it was possible to buy right away, and even with about five people in line, receiving the order took under five minutes. The eating area is small with no tables, so you eat standing.
