Suskino Building carries a Nikka Whisky sign and stands at the Susukino intersection in Sapporo. It is in front of Exit 2 of Susukino Station, and at night people line up to photograph it against the neon signs. Many places to eat are nearby, and at night foot traffic is heavy, with convenient connections to the streetcar, the underground arcade, and the station. The crowds of photographers make crossing the crosswalk inconvenient.
