Colección by Sensi is a small bar serving fusion tapas in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. Anchovy tapas, beef tenderloin, and truffle ravioli come out one at a time by category, so a meal runs like a course. Without a reservation, seats were available between 7 and 8 p.m., and a solo diner can sit directly at the bar. Seating is tight, so a reservation is needed during busy hours.
