Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles is a ramen shop on the third floor of Central World in Pathum Wan, Bangkok. It serves shoyu truffle soba, crab soba, and tonkotsu soba, with thin noodles and a truffle aroma. The shop opened in Tokyo in 2012 and was the first ramen restaurant to receive one Michelin star. The tonkotsu broth is thick and rich, as if made from bones boiled for a long time.
