Thong Smith (Siam Paragon) is a noodle shop in the basement of Siam Paragon in Bangkok that serves Thai boat noodles. Diners choose a beef, pork, or chicken base and whether they want broth, and typically order the beef D3 with fried dumplings. A queue forms regardless of mealtime, but you take a number and can look around nearby while waiting, usually about 10 minutes. The spice aroma and the broth flavor are strong.
