You choose whether the bowl comes with broth, then pick rice noodles, egg noodles, wide noodles or konjac noodles and a spice level, and can add tendon or crispy pork skin. You take a wait number for your party size and watch for your turn; the line is long but moves fairly quickly. A bowl is small, and the broth is salty and strong.
