SUSHIRO THAILAND - The Emporium

Sushiro (Emporium) is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant on the fourth floor of Emporium in Bangkok, across from the food section. Sushi moves along a rail, and diners pick plates in the Japanese kaiten style. On a weekday at noon, 20 parties were waiting, and evening waits have run from one and a half to two hours. The rice sticks to the plate and breaks apart when picked up with chopsticks.
