鮨一燈 Sushi Itto

Sushi Itto serves omakase at The Salil Hotel Riverside in Bangkok. The chef shapes each piece of nigiri by hand, one at a time. The courses are consistent across the meal and executed with care. The meal runs about one hour, which can feel short.
