Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok is a fine-dining restaurant that reinterprets traditional Thai food in a modern style. Lunch is offered as three- or five-course menus. After the amuse-bouche, guests can tour the kitchen and hear explanations of the ingredients, then continue from street food to dessert in the waiting area. The gosu dessert and strongly spiced dishes can be difficult for people who cannot eat gosu.
