Somboon Seafood Central Embassy is a Thai seafood restaurant on the fifth floor of Central Embassy in Bangkok, serving crab and fish dishes. Its signature dish, pu phat phong kari, comes in a shell-on version with more crab meat and a stronger flavor than the shelled version. The Central Embassy branch has shorter waits than other branches, and window seats look out onto buildings. Families make up much of the clientele, and prices run high.
