Praya Kitchen

Praya Kitchen is on the third floor of a Marriott in Bangkok and serves Thai dishes alongside a buffet of seafood and meat. At the cooking station, diners pick seafood or meat and staff stir-fry it to order with a choice of garlic, chili, or curry sauce. Reservations can be made through the Eatigo app, and the crayfish is grilled one per person and served with betel leaf and pomelo som tam. The meat cuts are on the chewy side.
