Phuthon Bar is a traditional charcoal bakery on Phraeng Phuthon Road in San Chao Pho Sua, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok. It grills round bread over charcoal so the outside is crisp and the inside soft, and fillings include salted egg, pandan, condensed milk, and ham and cheese. At night the shop is crowded, seats are scarce, and the wait for charcoal bread can be long. Parking space is limited and the menu is written only in Thai.
