Pepperly Thai Bistro is a Thai restaurant on the G Floor of Siam Paragon Mall in Khwaeng Pathum Wan, Pathum Wan, Bangkok, across from the basement food court at Chatramue. It serves spicy stir-fried beef with basil and basil chili soft-shell crab, with the heat level adjustable. On a weekday around 1 p.m. the wait was about five minutes, and staff moved guests to a larger table when one opened up. A 7% tax and a 10% service charge are added separately.
