PASTAIOLI Emsphere

Pastaioli Emsphere is an Italian pasta bar on one side of the G-floor food court at Emsphere in Bangkok. It offers a choice of fresh pasta or dried, serving amatriciana, carbonara, lasagna and seafood pasta al dente. The pasta is made in-house, and ravioli and burrata salad are also on the menu. Sauces can be thin or fail to cling to the noodles, so the dishes vary in taste.
