OXBO Bangkok

OXBO Bangkok is a restaurant on the second floor of the Hilton Millennium Bangkok, looking out over the Chao Phraya River and Icon Siam. It serves steak and seafood, including dry-aged Thai wagyu strip loin and ribeye, sea bass and river prawns, with cooking centered on fire and the grill that mixes Thai ingredients with European techniques. If you tell them in advance about a birthday, they prepare a cake and a staff member plays guitar and sings. Some dishes are on the salty side.
