Nuova Pizza and Wine

Nuova Pizza and Wine is an Italian restaurant on the second floor next to Kopi in Bangkok's Old Town, serving Neapolitan-style pizza and pasta. Pizzas are baked in an Italian-made oven using dough fermented for 48 hours, and the menu also includes linguine vongole and chicken parmigiana. The second-floor seating is spacious even though the ground floor looks small, and indoor photos come out well between 5:20 and 5:45 in the afternoon. Pizzas are served per person, which can make sharing among a group difficult.
