Nualchan Real Thai Noodle

Nualchan Real Thai Noodle is a Thai noodle shop on the second floor of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, serving boat noodles, rice noodles and glass noodles. The clear broth comes with pork, thinly sliced sausage, cilantro and garlic, and the noodles are boiled chewy. The indoor space is air-conditioned, food arrives quickly after ordering, and some staff speak English. The base broth is mild, so fish sauce and chili powder are needed to bring out the flavor.
