Nong Max Thai Food

Nong Max Thai Food is an Isan restaurant in a side street of the Ari area in Bangkok. It serves gopchang (grilled intestines), pork jowl, somtam, grilled pork collar, and fried chicken wings, with a jaew sauce on the side. At the table, customers write down their own orders, and in the evening there are about 20 tables, with food generally coming out quickly. Around 6 p.m. on weekdays, when offices let out, two or three groups may be waiting.
