Larb Siab

Larb Siab is on the rooftop of the Jim Thompson Art Center in Bangkok and serves Isan-style skewers and Thai drinking food. You write menu numbers, including the grilled mushroom skewers, on paper and hand them to the counter, and the food is grilled to order. It is open from 17:00 to 23:30, so the rooftop view of the city is available around sunset. It does not open during the day.
