Katei Shabu (Siam Paragon)

Katei Shabu is a shabu-shabu buffet on the fourth floor of Siam Paragon in Bangkok, near the escalator and the south elevator. It serves sukiyaki and clear-broth shabu-shabu alongside a sushi and sashimi bar. Meals run for one hour and thirty minutes, and on weekdays you can register for the waitlist by phone. On weekends only on-site registration is accepted, and weekend waits run from one to three hours.
