Karim Roti Mataba

Karim Roti Mataba is a halal restaurant in Khao San, Bangkok, selling roti, mataba, biryani and curry. Its signature dishes are butter and milk roti and chicken curry mataba. The shop has operated since 1943, and the grandmother rolls the dough at the entrance, fills it and fries it in oil. The first floor sits in front of the roti griddle and is hot even with fans running.
