Kanori Siam Paragon

Kanori Siam Paragon is a specialty shop selling Japanese hand rolls on the G floor of Siam Paragon in Bangkok. It offers rolls with salmon and flying fish roe, otoro boms, and a choice of sets and individual items, and it is one of the first hand roll specialty shops to open in Thailand. Each roll is made one at a time as it is ordered, with a chef handling six to eight table guests in turn, and there is also a set where you choose five rolls. In the evening, staff service is slow and explanations are not clear.
