Jaedang Ssamyan is a Thai pork grill restaurant in Suksisam on the basement level of Iconsiam in Bangkok. The meal centers on mu ping, pork jowl, and som tam, eaten with sticky rice. The som tam is spicy by Korean standards, and the grilled pork is crisp outside and tender inside. The dining area holds only four tables, so waits are possible when meal times overlap.
