Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a Hokkaido-style ramen shop selling shio and miso ramen on the sixth floor of CentralWorld in Bangkok, in the Beacon zone. Its signature shio ramen comes with a creamy, rich broth, chewy and soft noodles, and toroniku chashu that melts in the mouth. Ramen can be ordered as a set with chashu donburi. The broth is not strongly salty or sweet, setting it apart from the heavy flavors of Thai food.
