Hokkai-Don (Siam Paragon)

Hokkai-Don is a Japanese restaurant on the G floor of Siam Paragon in Bangkok, in front of Gourmet Market. It serves salmon and scallop mentaiko rolls, salmon sashimi, eel rice bowls, and seafood rice bowls, with both table and counter seating. Orders come out quickly and waits are not long, and the food arrives on small plates so several items can be tried together. The wagyu is tough and the beef dishes fall short of expectations.
