Hiso Sushi

Hiso Sushi is a Japanese buffet near Ari Station serving sashimi, sushi, and wagyu. Diners order thick salmon, tuna, scallops, sweet shrimp, eel, soba, rice bowls, and fried dishes by QR code in whatever quantity they want, with unlimited beer and drinks. Meals run for two hours, and rice, soup, green tea, and ice cream are self-serve. Lines get long at lunch and on weekends, and parking space is limited.
