Hachicken Ramen is a chicken-broth Japanese ramen shop on the 4th floor of Terminal 21 Asok. It serves four broths — yuzu shio, shoyu, paitan and miso — with a choice of chicken or duck, or both. The shop continues a lineage that began at a Kyoto original in 1970, and the ramen comes with thin noodles and tender chicken and duck. The broth is on the salty side.
