Hachiban Ramen

Hachiban Ramen is a fusion Japanese ramen shop on the second floor of Siam Center, in the passage leading to Siam Discovery. It serves ramen, stir-fried noodles, tsukemen, and cold mixed noodles, and its bite-sized gyoza come in a set of 12. At lunchtime the shop fills with customers and there is almost always a wait, but tables turn over quickly and food does not take long to arrive. Those expecting the authentic taste of Japanese ramen will find the Thai-style seasoning unfamiliar.
