Guy Kao Grilled Squid is a street stall in Bangkok's Chinatown selling charcoal-grilled squid and webfoot octopus. The squid is coated in soy sauce and served with a spicy sauce made from two kinds of chili, sugar, lime juice and fish sauce, along with cilantro. Customers order and pay through staff in red shirts, then receive a numbered ticket with their name and usually wait 5 to 30 minutes before being called to collect their food. There are no tables, so you eat standing on the street.
