Fuji Siam Paragon is a Japanese restaurant on the G floor of Siam Paragon in Bangkok. It serves soba, tendon, sashimi bento and tempura bento. Even during the quiet 3 p.m. hours, food sometimes arrived 20 to 40 minutes late. The fried shrimp tends to be greasy and soggy.
