Doctor Eomuk Guksu is a local restaurant near Khao San Road in Bangkok that serves clear-broth and tom yum fish cake noodles. The original bowl comes with mild broth and springy fish cakes, and four condiments including chili sauce and chili flakes let you adjust the taste. It works for a quick breakfast, with the small size served in a fish-shaped bowl and the large size in a regular bowl. There is no air conditioning.
