DAKJIB (EmSphere)

Dakjib is on the fifth floor of EmSphere in Bangkok. It grills chicken cuts and specialty parts over charcoal, and also serves dakgalbi, gochujang-grilled chicken, and kalguksu. Staff grill the meat at the table and explain how to eat it and which sauces to use, and the basic side dishes are cauliflower pickles and lotus root salad. Staff pour drinks into glasses each time they are ordered, so anyone who wants to pour their own must say so in advance.
