BORNGA Siam Discovery

Bonga Siam Discovery is a Korean restaurant on the third floor of Siam Discovery in Pathum Wan, Bangkok, serving charcoal-grilled and griddle-cooked Korean dishes and meat. Grilled items include beef short plate, flower-cut beef, and whole samgyeopsal (pork belly), sold alongside japchae, bibimbap, and kimchi stew, and the many side dishes can be refilled. Staff grill the meat and bring it to the table one plate at a time, while japchae and pajeon arrive on large plates. Communicating in Thai can be difficult, and orders are sometimes misheard.
