Bar-B-Q Plaza is a Thai-style mookata restaurant on the fourth floor of Terminal 21 in Bangkok, where diners grill pork, beef and seafood. Meat cooks on a raised round grill while shredded cabbage simmers in the broth at the center, served with the shop's own sauce and traditional mookata sauce. The air-conditioned space keeps the room cool, and a grill plate instead of charcoal leaves less smoke on your clothes. When few staff are on duty, refills of ordered food and drinks are slow and take several requests.
