ไสใส SAISAI

Saisai is a Thai shaved-ice shop a 10-minute walk from Sam Yot MRT station in Bangkok. Its signature dish, Nipa Palm and Krill, tops shaved ice with nipa palm syrup, dried shrimp, salt, young coconut, and sticky rice mochi, giving it both sweet and salty flavors. The shop uses organic and regional ingredients from across Thailand and runs separate counters for ordering shaved ice and drinks. The shaved ice melts quickly and soon turns thin and watery.
