Koji Bakery House

Koji Bakery House is a bakery on the fourth floor of Gaysorn Amarin in Pathum Wan, Bangkok, selling shio pan, cream buns, and scones. The shio pan has a crisp outside and moist butter inside, with red bean butter and creme brulee versions available. Shio pan is sold in batches at times such as 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and reservations can be made by writing the date, time, and quantity in a line. There is no seating in the store, so all items are takeout.
