House of Commons - Book Cafe' & Space (HOC)

HOC is a book cafe near River City Bangkok, set beside a canal, that serves coffee and drinks and sells books. Books can be borrowed or bought, and customers can stay inside while drinking coffee. At the entrance there is a used book exchange where people bring finished books and swap them for others. Seating is divided between an air-conditioned indoor area and an outdoor area along the canal.
