Carousel Coffee No.9 Phra Sumen Fort is a small cafe at the Wangyuan Yai roundabout in Bangkok that sells coffee, cake, and bakery items. It grinds beans in-store and serves caramel latte, hazelnut latte, strong matcha, and ham and cheese croissants. The interior has three circular LED lights and air conditioning, and a second floor is planned. There are not many seats.
