Baan Jiam บ้านยายเจียม (Coffee bar & Breakfast)

Baan Jiam sits in a Bangkok alley off Wat Ratchanadda, behind the Bangkok City Hall, and serves coffee, breakfast and cake. Avocado toast, pan-fried eggs, ham and cheese croissant and matcha drinks are among its main items. The cafe occupies an old two-storey wooden house with air-conditioned indoor seating and a small outdoor area, and two cats greet customers. Warm food can take from 20 minutes to over an hour after ordering, so allow time.
