Amabakery is a cafe in the Si Lom area of Bangkok that sells pandan custard buns. The buns have a soft, chewy steamed-bread texture, with a mild pandan aroma and a sweetness that is not strong. Customers take a number ticket themselves to order, and at 11:40 a.m. six groups waited about ten minutes. On weekends a queue forms.
