Soi Cowboy

Soi Cowboy is an entertainment street in a busy Bangkok district, lined with bars under red signs. Beer pubs sit at both ends, and ladyboy bars fill most of the middle stretch. At 7:30 p.m. the alley was quiet apart from the live bar at the entrance, and walking through it takes about three minutes. Looking without drinking brings repeated soliciting by the minute and pressure to leave if you do not buy more.
