Hannibal is a hidden rooftop cocktail bar on the 10th floor of a shopping mall in Bangkok's Chinatown. Its signature cocktail is the Elephant Elixir, and large windows look out over the Chinatown skyline while music plays. To reach it, enter the mall from the main road and take the elevator. The bar sits in an old parking garage space with a sloped floor, and the entrance is concealed, making it hard to find at first.
