Warung Bu Mangku: Spesial Betutu is a warung in Tabanan that serves Balinese food and chicken betutu. The chicken betutu comes with dry spice paste, red rice, leafy vegetables, sambal matah, and sweet tempeh. It began at a market in 1975 and is now run by the fourth generation, cooking over wood fire, and whole chicken betutu can be ordered. Meals are eaten in a tidy house courtyard inside the entrance, and many customers get takeout.
