Twist Ubud is an Asian restaurant in Ubud, Bali that serves green curry, caramel pork, and burgers. The green curry contains lime and spices, and the caramel pork comes out crispy. You can visit at opening time in the morning, and on days when reservations are full, walk-ins must finish their meal within an hour before the next booking. In the evening, tables fill up quickly, so sitting down without a reservation is difficult.
