Tokyo Skipjack is a Japanese steak restaurant on the second floor near Seminyak Square in Bali. Diners choose a cut and doneness, then pick two sides from mashed potatoes, french fries, green salad, and teriyaki corn, along with a sauce. The entrance is up the red stairs on the left side of the building, and the open-air seats without air conditioning look down over the Seminyak street. The steak can be tough or smell when it goes cold.
