Madura sate

Madura Sate is a small local restaurant on a roadside in Ubud, Bali, serving chicken and goat sate, curry soup, and rice. The goat sate is grilled over charcoal and served with peanut seasoning, sambal sauce, and shallots. It opens around 3 to 4 p.m., grills orders over charcoal as they come in, and offers takeout.
