Buzo Seminyak is a Japanese restaurant in Seminyak, Bali that serves sushi, wood-fired pizza, and pasta. Its signature dishes are scallop, fish, and a beef and caviar roll, and it also serves sourdough bread and ciabatta. The sushi uses seasoned rice rather than white rice mixed with vinegar, and the cream mala shabu-shabu comes with udon noodles and extra broth for refills. The restrooms are clean and the interior is on the cool side.
